Little did I realize how much new change and transition we would be in when I selected this theme for my first newsletter. With the elections now behind us, passion and ambition fuel us for our next chapter, it will be critical to know the how of change and transition intersecting. Though the two seem similar, each require a unique set of skills, orientation and approach. With everything changing at once, the two get intensely intertwined. Are we, are you, is your organization or team in a major change or transition? You get to decide, of course.
